What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Is uubndant responsible for lost or damaged packages?
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, uubndant is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or seized by customs due to circumstances outside of our control.

Do you offer refunds for shipping issues?
Issues caused by the shipping carrier are generally not eligible for refunds. In certain situations, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Do you accept returns?
At this time, uubndant does not offer refunds on returned items unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
